Healing isn’t linear - every step forward counts.

Focusing on You

01 — First Session

The first therapy session is all about getting to know each other and starting to build a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin to understand what you’d like to get out of our time together.

This session is also a chance for us to discuss what therapy might look like for you—whether that’s short-term support or longer-term work—and create a schedule that fits your life. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out right away; we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and empowered as we begin this journey together.

02 — Session Two Through Six

In our ongoing therapy sessions, we’ll continue building a strong, trusting relationship that supports your growth and healing. Together, we’ll focus on the goals you’ve identified—whether that means processing difficult experiences, strengthening relationships, or learning new ways to manage stress and emotions.

We’ll also build on the strengths and coping skills you already have, while introducing new tools and strategies tailored to your needs. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to support you every step of the way as we work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

03 — Session Six Through Eight

About half way through treatment, we will check in on your progress and reflect on how things are going—both in and out of the therapy space. We’ll review the goals we’ve set, explore what’s working, and adjust our approach as needed to make sure your needs are being met.

Your feedback is always welcome and encouraged. Therapy is a collaborative process, and your voice helps shape the direction and focus of our work together. As you grow and change, your goals might, too—and that’s a healthy part of the journey.

Together, we’ll continue building a therapeutic space that supports your progress and honors where you are in the moment.

04 — Completing Treatment

As we approach the end of our work together, we’ll celebrate the progress you’ve made and the successful completion of the goals we set at the start of your therapy journey. This final phase includes a 30-day period of stabilization, where we focus on reinforcing the coping strategies, insights, and skills you’ve developed.

Throughout this time, we’ll reflect on your growth, prepare for future challenges, and ensure you feel confident in your ability to maintain the progress you’ve achieved. Therapy may be ending, but the tools and strengths you’ve built will continue to support you long after.

You’re always welcome to return for additional support if needed—your journey doesn’t end here, and I’m honored to have been a part of it.

Start a new relationship with your life now.
